About CommentCraft

CommentCraft is built by Kingshire Education, a team of experienced international educators. It was created in the classroom — by teachers who have written thousands of report card comments across the Ontario, IB, and Cambridge systems — to give every teacher polished, curriculum-aligned reporting language in seconds.

Every comment framework in CommentCraft reflects real reporting practice in international schools: achievement-level language, EAL-aware phrasing, and the professional tone administrators expect.

Privacy & data

CommentCraft is built for use on school networks, and the way it handles student information reflects that:

• Student details are processed transiently, not stored. The name, achievement level, notes, and other details you enter are sent to our comment-generation service only for as long as it takes to write your comment, then discarded. We do not save student names or details in a database or log file.
• Comments are generated on demand. Nothing is pre-written or cached per student — every comment is produced fresh from what you enter.
• No student data is sold or used for advertising. We don't have an ad business, and we don't share student information with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your "My Students" roster stays on your device. If you choose to save a student profile for reuse, it's stored in your browser's local storage, not on our servers.
• Purchase records are separate. When you buy access, we store your purchase email and access expiry date so we can verify your account — this contains no student information.
